  12.     1. Run cnpsetup.exe from within windows 
  13.        (cnpsetup.exe is a windows self extracting executable)

  15.     2. Make sure that VBRUN300.DLL is in your Windows\System directory

  17.     Note: cnpsetup.exe is also a Pkzip compatible file.
  18.     - to view the file type: pkzip -v cnpsetup.exe
  19.     - to extract a file, type: pkunzip cnpsetup.exe filename
